This week!

I heard that Preston was right on for the track on Saturday! This week the schedule is as follows:

Wednesday – Branford…3 miles

Thursday – Madison…4 miles

Saturday – Branford…13 miles, easy

I can’t wait to catch up with everyone. Remember, the soundRUNNER Stony Creek 4 mile Road Race is coming up on Saturday, October 3. Please sign up at either soundRUNNER store or go to jbsports.com to sign up online.

Then Saturday, October 10 the next weekend, we have THE event, the Hartford Half Marathon.
